TikTok Advertising Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of the SMB TikTok Advertising offering.

• Establish and perform quality assurance on accounts, coordinating tracking quality assurance with internal teams.

• Create initial campaigns, including structure, ad copy, and ads derived from client creative.

• Facilitate regular working sessions focusing on builds, reporting, and optimizations.

• Transition clients to live, spending campaigns swiftly and address any stalled launches.

• Conduct quality assurance to prevent issues that could adversely affect clients.

• Manage internal program communication and keep client status and spending updated in a shared tracker.

• Identify blockers, scope inquiries, and client feedback to relay to the program lead.

• Suggest enhancements for efficiency and performance improvements.

• Utilize knowledge of the marketing funnel and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and tools.

• Oversee performance reporting during client sessions.

• Leverage data to narrate performance stories and present results with clear subsequent steps.

• Implement AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing; with a minimum of 1-2 years in an agency environment.

• At least 2-3 years of practical experience with TikTok Advertising.

• Familiarity with account setup, campaign and ad group structuring, ad copy development, creative testing, and bid and budget optimization.

• Direct experience with TikTok pixel and Events Manager setup and quality assurance.

• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).

• Proficient in Google Analytics.

• Strong comprehension of full-funnel marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading live working sessions.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills across multiple clients at various checkpoints.

• Ability to maintain scope discipline and decline work outside of established checkpoints.

• Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed.

• Comfortable with client-facing presentations and communications.

• Strong work ethic and an aptitude for rapid and independent learning.
