This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Implement established sales strategies to market single-game tickets, group packages, and season memberships.
• Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions in accordance with team protocols.
• Address incoming ticket inquiries and offer accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
• Keep detailed records of customer communications and sales activities in the specified CRM systems.
• Adhere to departmental procedures for handling payments and completing ticket transactions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet assigned sales activity targets.
• Represent the organization at games, events, and community outreach activities as directed by management.
• Forward complex customer concerns or pricing exceptions to a supervisor.
• Assist in ticket sales initiatives across various venues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for fans.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sports management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, though not required.
• A strong desire to learn more about sales, customer service, and the sports sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, with a positive outlook and a robust work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or event coordination is a plus.
• A passion for sports and a willingness to delve into ticket sales.
• Interest in volleyball or the sports sector is advantageous.
• Capable of operating a computer, using a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly via video, phone, and written channels.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for site visits and events.
• Must be located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, United States.
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be offered.
• This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position.
• Remote work arrangements are available.
