Therapy Development Manager, DBS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop new accounts by creating DBS programs from scratch or acquiring business from competitors' strongholds.

• Maintain existing accounts by providing expert procedural support and expedited backfill training.

• Revitalize at-risk accounts through situational assessments and corrective or preventive action strategies.

• Conduct new-hire, advanced, field-based technology training and offer ongoing support.

• Spearhead the launch of new products, platforms, and indications in the U.S. market.

• Offer advanced support in procedures, programming, and troubleshooting.

• Assist in business development initiatives, customer experience visits, professional education events, and clinical study execution.

• Provide insights to both upstream and downstream marketing teams.

• Support global product launches and attend conferences.

• Engage with key opinion leaders in the field.

• Perform competitive intelligence and countering strategies.

• Collaborate with the U.S. sales and global marketing teams on account development, training, launches, education, and technical assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/medical field, marketing, or equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in medical device product areas or related fields, including hands-on sales experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a therapy-specific role.

• Willingness to travel regionally as necessary to support business operations (50% travel required).

• Capability to provide advanced technical, procedural, programming, and troubleshooting assistance.

• Ability to engage with healthcare professionals, hospital administration, surgical support staff, and key opinion leaders effectively.
