Therapy Business Manager – Women’s Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Meet sales targets for designated territory or geography

• Conduct effective fieldwork independently without daily supervision

• Provide daily reports of field activities through the designated online system

• Adhere to call averages, coverage, and frequency guidelines for the assigned division

• Maximize prescription generation and enhance market share

• Promote the division’s products in alignment with strategic objectives

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists

• Support in the formulation of strategies

• Serve as a brand ambassador

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (BSc/B. Pharma)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Recent graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered

• Relevant prior or current experience in the same therapy area is preferable

• Candidates with backgrounds from multinational corporations (MNCs) and leading Indian pharmaceutical companies have an advantage

• Proficient and confident in communication skills

• Capable of performing effective fieldwork without daily oversight

• Competent in submitting daily reports through the assigned online system

• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time

• Ability to stand for extended periods (more than 2 consecutive hours within an 8-hour workday)
