Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote occupational therapy sessions and assessments for a varied pediatric demographic.

• Create evidence-based, tailored care plans utilizing Expressable’s clinical resources and platform.

• Provide outcome-oriented care through teamwork and engagement with caregivers.

• Track client progress and modify care plans to facilitate successful clinical results.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and punctually.

• Engage in mandatory training, clinical learning sessions, and team communications.

• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.

• Arrange a schedule that accommodates personal needs and client demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) along with an individual NPI number.

• Must possess a Georgia state license and reside within Georgia.

• Licensed in a key state, or willingness to obtain the necessary license before the start date.

• Reliable internet access and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric environments.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to independently learn new systems.

• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

• Minimum of 7 hours of total availability each week.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not an option.
