Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation using an efficient EMR system and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Deliver therapy through Medicare-covered services, supported by Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates.

• Develop a caseload that aligns with clinician availability and patient demand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Arizona.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Starting commitment of 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2).

• Expected to conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
