Therapist – LSW or LPC Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in school districts throughout Illinois

• Collaborate with school counselors and families

• Engage in case consultations

• Play a role in the development of clinical programs as Daybreak Health expands

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active LSW or LPC in Illinois (mandatory; pre-licensure candidates are not eligible for hire at this time)

• Have experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged youth and their families

• Be comfortable using telehealth and EHR systems

• Availability for work on Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings; weekend slots are also available

• Preferred: Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities

• Preferred: Previous experience in school-based or youth-focused settings

• Preferred: Active NPI and CAQH
