This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Deliver outstanding virtual mental health services via telehealth.

• Offer individualized, evidence-supported care to a variety of diverse and underserved groups.

• Provide culturally sensitive, client-focused psychotherapy.

• Tackle the underlying issues of clients' emotional difficulties.

• Operate within tailored Wellness Tracks that encompass core symptoms, essential life domains, and varying populations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

• Engage in an initial 45-minute discovery session if deemed qualified.

• Valid, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist).

• Fully licensed California provider; applications from associate-level candidates will not be considered.

• Excellent clinical abilities.

• Dedication to evidence-based treatment.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms.

• Enthusiasm for culturally responsive, client-centered care.

• Availability to commit to at least 20 clinical hours weekly.

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred.

• Licensure in additional states is an asset.

• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts is advantageous.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, with Spanish being highly desirable.

• Experience with diverse or underserved populations is preferred.

• Completely remote practice.

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
