Licensed Therapist – Adult Psychotherapy, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.

• Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Assist clients dealing with behavioral health issues and life challenges.

• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and client-focused care.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with the wider care team as needed.

• Adhere to relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Strong clinical abilities and dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms.

• Commitment to delivering culturally sensitive, client-centered care.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week on a recurring basis.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy to adult clients is preferred.

• Background in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, or other common adult behavioral health concerns is preferred.

• Telehealth experience is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred; Spanish is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is preferred.

• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable, is preferred.

• Applicants must possess an active, unrestricted California clinical license; associate-level applicants are not eligible.
