Licensed Therapist – Couples & Family Therapy, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy services to couples, partners, and families.

• Evaluate the needs of relationships and family systems to create tailored treatment plans.

• Assist clients with issues related to communication, conflict resolution, relationship changes, parenting, intimacy, and other relational matters.

• Utilize evidence-based relational or systemic methods that align with your training and professional scope.

• Provide culturally sensitive, client-focused care.

• Ensure completion of timely and precise clinical documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with the wider care team as needed.

• Adhere to relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• License and scope must allow for couples, relationship, and family therapy.

• Strong clinical competencies.

• Dedication to evidence-based treatment.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms.

• Enthusiasm for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care.

• Minimum of 20 hours of consistent weekly availability.

• Preference for candidates with experience in couples, relationship, or family therapy.

• Training or experience in relational, systemic, or family-oriented approaches is a plus.

• Prior experience addressing communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, or family-system issues is preferred.

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• Licensure in multiple states is a plus.

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred; Spanish is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved couples and families is preferred.

• Currently, we are not accepting associate-level applicants.
