TGA / Building Services Engineer – HVAC, Plumbing and Utilities Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of both national and international industrial construction initiatives in the domain of technical building services, following HOAI service phases 1–9.

• Develop plans for new constructions, renovations, and expansions across all KOSTAL Group sites.

• Manage and monitor projects regarding budget, timelines, and quality/quantity standards.

• Coordinate and oversee external partners while collaborating with internal departments.

• Facilitate planning coordination meetings, conduct site inspections, and manage handovers/acceptance inspections.

• Strategize maintenance activities and actively handle warranty claims.

• Assist in inspections conducted by qualified professionals, audits, and commissioning processes.

• Track and enhance adherence to technical TGA standards to ensure production quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in technical building services, building services engineering, or utilities engineering, or a qualification as a state-certified technician combined with relevant professional experience.

• Several years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in planning for industrial construction projects.

• Significant experience in managing interdisciplinary projects within manufacturing firms.

• Familiarity with CAD, MS Project, and other planning tools is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

• Adaptability and flexibility.

• Strong intercultural communication abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English, with negotiation skills.
