Testing Psychologist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological assessments for patients across all age groups and their families.

• Administer, interpret, and synthesize psychological test batteries that evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic performance.

• Provide evidence-based diagnostic assessments and tailored recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, overseeing the administration of tests, scoring, and ensuring quality control.

• Present findings and recommendations through feedback videos and live sessions.

• Maintain precise testing data and thorough reports.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and modify testing methods for virtual delivery.

• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and feedback sessions either virtually or in person.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to enhance outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association.

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.

• Over 3 years of experience in psychological assessments involving children, adolescents, or adults.

• Knowledge of complex behavioral health issues, including ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

• Proficiency in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools, such as BASC, Conners, WAIS, and WISC.

• Skilled in using telehealth platforms and remote testing technologies.

• Experience in conducting assessments virtually.

• Capability to provide care either virtually or in person within your own office environment.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible is preferred.
