Test Manual Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage manual testing efforts across various projects.

• Guarantee the quality and dependability of project deliverables.

• Create, develop, and implement functional test plans, which include smoke, regression, and sanity testing.

• Perform API testing utilizing tools like Postman to confirm integration points and data flows.

• Assess data accuracy and consistency through SQL queries and database validation techniques.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile frameworks.

• Ensure project objectives are met and defects are resolved promptly.

• Employ SDLC and STLC principles to uphold organized testing processes and standards.

• Mentor and support junior QA team members.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in manual testing with demonstrated leadership skills.

• Strong expertise in functional testing methodologies, including smoke, regression, and sanity testing.

• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

• Good command of SQL queries for data validation and verification.

• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in oral English.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Familiarity with automation testing tools like RSAT or EasyRepro (preferred).

• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum projects (preferred).
