Test Manager – Freelance, Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete testing process for an insurance migration initiative.

• Develop testing strategies and compile test documentation.

• Organize and facilitate validation sessions.

• Track the status of testing activities and evaluate their outcomes.

• Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and project teams.

• Support stakeholders throughout the various stages of validation.

• Ensure that all testing activities are carried out effectively.

• Examine test results and manage defect resolution.

• Supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of demonstrated experience as a Test Manager.

• Proven experience in defining testing strategies and crafting test designs and documentation.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry, especially in Life Insurance.

• Capability to coordinate and assist business users through all testing stages.

• Experience in planning, tracking, and overseeing the progress of testing activities.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.

• Proficient in analyzing test results and managing defect resolution.

• Experience in overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Fluent in Italian (C1 level).

• Proficient in English (B2 level).
