This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox AI, industry groups, niche job boards, and other innovative search strategies to discover qualified candidates for insurance agency positions.

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of passive talent for Insurance Producers, Account Managers, and hybrid Producer/CSR roles.

• Target candidates with backgrounds in both captive and independent agencies.

• Compose and dispatch persuasive, tailored messages to engage passive talent and encourage candidates to submit applications.

• Investigate and pinpoint key talent pools across various geographic regions to meet the needs of partner agencies.

• Collaborate directly with Recruiters on urgent insurance roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting licensed and pre-licensed insurance professionals (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).

• Demonstrated capability to locate candidates outside traditional job boards.

• Comfortable managing high outreach volumes and maintaining consistent follow-up.

• Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and engaging outreach messages.

• Confident in conducting brief phone screenings.

• Highly organized, with the ability to monitor sourcing activities, response rates, and candidate pipelines within company systems.

• Data- and results-oriented.

• Willingness to learn the intricacies of various insurance roles.
