Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute and validate testing procedures for SAP HR.

• Detect and report inconsistencies.

• Guarantee the quality of deliverables.

• Assist in solution validation and maintain process quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with both technical and functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA professional.

• Proficient in planning, executing, and validating tests.

• Familiarity with SAP HR or HCM systems.

• Understanding of Human Resources processes within SAP.

• Knowledge of bug and defect identification, logging, and tracking methodologies.

• Experience in functional and integration testing.

• Ability to analyze requirements and assess potential impacts on processes.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with technical and functional teams.

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
