QA Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, design, and implement functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assess features developed in Salesforce to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Conduct integration testing between Salesforce and legacy systems.

• Identify, record, monitor, and verify defect resolutions.

• Create test scenarios, test cases, and provide execution evidence.

• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to guarantee quality delivery.

• Engage in requirements refinement by helping to define acceptance criteria and validation scenarios.

• Assist in managing and tracking requests related to the testing lifecycle.

• Maintain traceability among requirements, tests, and identified defects.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of quality processes and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst in software development initiatives.

• Familiarity with testing in Salesforce environments.

• Understanding of integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems.

• Experience in designing and executing test cases and scripts.

• Capability to manage and track requests effectively.

• Proficient in analyzing and identifying issues in business workflows and integrations.

• Knowledge of test automation is advantageous.

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs is a plus.

• Familiarity with test and defect management tools is beneficial.

• Salesforce certifications or qualifications in Software Quality are preferred.
