This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Drive sales growth and meet the annual revenue goals for the designated territory.
• Cultivate relationships with current end users, key influencers, channel partners, contractors, distributors, consulting firms, and government entities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Engage in direct sales and oversee existing sales channels.
• Propose modifications to sales channels, including the addition or modification of channel partners and their training.
• Create and execute target market strategies, account plans, tactical approaches, and annual territory plans.
• Negotiate contracts and support contract management activities.
• Prepare and present engaging presentations.
• Track market trends and assess their effects on product development.
• Recommend new products and services for promotion and marketing.
• Enhance the company's image, reputation, and brand identity through strategic partnerships.
• Generate proposals using the company’s quotation system.
• Act as the company representative at industry trade shows, events, and training sessions.
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with both staff and customers.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
• A BS/BA degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience is required.
• Proven success in sales within a B2B context, or comparable experience in strategic market sectors (data center, industrial, retail).
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans.
• Progressive experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong cross-functional experience.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time outside of the territory.
• Technical expertise required to sell to clients in the data center and related industries.
• Availability to travel frequently within the territory, including overnight stays when needed.
• Proficient presentation skills, capable of preparing and delivering presentations to key decision-makers.
• Competence in MS Office, the company’s ERP software, and other essential programs.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to travel, including air travel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to use personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection, when required in manufacturing settings.
