Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative of Mondelēz in retail environments with professionalism, dependability, and outstanding execution.

• Offer hands-on assistance to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Provide exemplary customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to the standards of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture display images and document execution via DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Follow daily priorities and schedules as directed by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising efforts, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills while aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future advancement in management.

• Adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while traveling throughout the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule is required, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Ensure coverage and execution excellence in both Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrate confidence in using mobile tools and applications.

• Show adaptability and initiative.

• Exhibit effective time and task management skills.

• Maintain physical readiness.

• Capable of reinforcing foundational skills and supporting onboarding processes.
