This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote product awareness and usage.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Acquire disease and product knowledge to effectively and compliantly advocate for Organon’s offerings to healthcare professionals.
• Interact with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the assigned area, providing clinically relevant information and exceeding product objectives while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Leverage knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct sales techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand.
• Utilize critical thinking and a strategic approach to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape and secure customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
• Engage healthcare-office staff through patient-focused clinical discussions and provide customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain an active presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• Travel approximately 50% as required by the territory.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Demonstrated history of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong aptitude for learning.
• A high sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as necessary based on the specific territory.
• Capability to excel in a highly driven, performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Interest in working within a rapidly evolving and fast-paced business environment.

• Experienced in presenting key messages to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds from a vehicle to meeting locations.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
