Real Estate City Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Drive the local market's commercial growth by bringing new properties under management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the property portfolio.

• Facilitate cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest interactions.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Oversee the local service-provider network.

• Assign portfolio management responsibilities during absences using the ALB Holiday System.

• Track and manage operations using the ALB platform.

• Potential to recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Must have independent contractor or freelance status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trusting relationships.

• Self-motivation and autonomy are essential.

• Interest in creating a sustainable long-term income.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
