Tendering and Proposal Specialist

📋 Description

• Analyze tender and bid documents to comprehend customer needs, project scopes, and submission requirements.

• Create precise and competitive quotations by utilizing cost analysis, benchmarks, and commercial insights.

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to collect technical and commercial information.

• Oversee tender timelines and priorities to guarantee high-quality, timely proposal submissions.

• Assess bid opportunities and assist in the bid/no-bid decision-making processes.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation while conducting quality checks.

• Interact with customers to clarify their requirements, enhance confidence, and foster a positive customer experience.

• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Enhance tendering processes, identify efficiencies, and promote best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with tendering, ERP, or CRM tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
