Tender & Bid Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform daily research on national and European procurement platforms.

• Identify pertinent tenders related to IT management, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), and cybersecurity, evaluating their likelihood of success.

• Track market and procurement trends to uncover new business opportunities.

• Oversee the entire tender process, from analysis to the punctual submission of bids.

• Coordinate with involved departments to ensure bids are complete and formally compliant.

• Collaborate with the New Business team to identify revenue potential in the public sector.

• Assist in bidder meetings, presentations, and provide responses to client inquiries.

• Analyze both successful and unsuccessful tenders to generate actionable recommendations.

• Enhance bid quality and success rates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Develop standards, templates, and best practices for the tender process.

• Implement appropriate tools and processes to streamline operations.

• Ensure transparency regarding the pipeline, participation rates, and win rates.

• Work together with Sales, Presales, Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in administration, business, sales, IT, or project management.

• Initial experience in tender management, public procurement, project management, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Familiarity with public procurement procedures and platforms such as TED, Vergabe24, DTVP, or similar systems is desirable.

• Knowledge of EVB-IT contracts is a plus.

• Ideally, experience in a software, IT, or B2B environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and, preferably, CRM systems.

• Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
