This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage with all levels of the workforce to foster a culture of safety, identify hazards, and reduce risk.
• Ensure that hazard assessments are performed on every job and that unsafe work is declined.
• Provide resources for suitable safety equipment, safety training, and routine safety audits.
• Oversee and lead investigations into safety incidents.
• Guarantee that clients receive high-quality services promptly.
• Manage worker training, the use of procedures, project oversight, and peer review processes.
• Conduct continuous safety assessments of the workforce and supervise audits and inspections of facilities, operations, equipment, and processes.
• Lead investigations into incidents, engage in management review calls, compile Incident Report Summaries, communicate incidents and lessons learned, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with client safety personnel, attend pre-job meetings and post-job reviews, and gather feedback on safety performance.
• Provide safety training for both employees and management within the designated area.
• Ensure adherence to Federal, State, and local government regulations.
• Develop annual plans and objectives in conjunction with the Corporate Safety Leader.
• Maintain necessary safety training, DOT, and related files and records.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in field service employment related to regional client sectors, such as petrochemical and mining.
• Prior experience as an occupational safety leader or in field safety roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations as they pertain to an NDT environment.
• Strong technical expertise in NDT methods and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• A proactive, enthusiastic team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local government regulations, including OSHA, EPA, USDOT, NIOSH, Traffic Safety, and Workers' Compensation standards.
