Temporary Quality Manager – GCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage with Global Development stakeholders to foster process enhancements, standardization, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Manage quality metrics and trend analysis to facilitate ongoing improvements.

• Oversee the Quality Event portfolio while providing subject matter expertise to various functional teams.

• Lead the analysis of quality data, conduct root cause investigations, and develop Corrective Action/Preventive Action plans.

• Administer Quality System Metrics, including setting thresholds, reporting, actions, and measures of effectiveness.

• Facilitate governance meetings and present insights regarding the health of the Quality Management System.

• Coordinate reviews of procedural documents and impact assessments across GDQGO.

• Encourage a culture of quality and enhance collaboration among the elements of the Quality Management System.

• Temporarily support the Global Development quality system.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Over 6 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

• Background in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Clinical Development roles.

• Expertise in Good Clinical Practice and/or Good Pharmacovigilance Practice.

• Familiarity with Quality Management System oversight, governance, quality event management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience acting as a subject matter expert, process owner, or business process owner in a quality-focused area.

• Proven experience in delivering training and presenting information related to quality and regulatory compliance.

• Involvement in supporting or participating in inspections by regulatory agencies.

• Experience in training, supervising, or mentoring staff members.

• Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal relationship skills.

• Ability to identify process gaps, handle multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment with integrity and meticulous attention to detail.

• Eligibility to work in the UK, US, or Ireland.
