Planning & Performance Manager – 12 month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee planning and performance reporting activities throughout the organization.

• Create and refine KPI, OKR, and performance management frameworks.

• Generate executive-level reports for senior leadership, boards, and governance meetings.

• Examine performance data to pinpoint trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Propel process enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting upgrades.

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of performance management systems and tools.

• Offer valuable insights that facilitate effective decision-making and proactive interventions.

• Foster a culture of performance excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Report to senior leadership and collaborate closely with strategy, finance, program delivery, and leadership teams.

• Review and enhance reporting platforms to promote automation and organizational efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Planning & Performance Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Business Planning, Programme Management, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in handling complex datasets and various reporting sources.

• Demonstrated success in implementing systems, enhancing processes, and driving efficiencies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Capacity to challenge constructively and confidently present recommendations to senior leadership.

• Experience in managing KPIs, OKRs, and performance frameworks.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to foresee future risks and opportunities before they escalate into issues.
