This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Act as a guide and advocate for callers concerning benefits, claims, and eligibility.
• Handle incoming calls on recorded lines from providers, members, and both current and potential subscribers.
• Deliver precise and compliant guidance along with necessary resources.
• Investigate and find answers to intricate inquiries.
• Seek assistance when necessary.
• Customize communications to cater to each caller’s specific needs.
• Proactively identify and address potentially challenging issues.
• Emphasize caller satisfaction while upholding Cambia’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with the team and enhance skills through feedback and continuous learning.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Six months of experience in customer service call centers; or six months of customer service experience in insurance, retail, banking, hospitals, medical offices, or a similar field with significant customer interaction; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proficient in PC skills.
• Capability to navigate multiple applications during calls.
• Ability to utilize mathematical concepts and perform calculations.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities under pressure.
• Resilience, patience, and a positive demeanor.
• Clear, concise, and empathetic communication style.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
• Sound decision-making ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adjust to changes in products and regulations.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Preferred familiarity with medical terminology and coding.
