Telesales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Reach out to businesses, relocation agencies, travel agents, and other B2B partners via phone, WhatsApp, and email to create new reservations for GuestReady stays in the UAE.

• Follow up on both inbound and outbound B2B leads, identify their requirements, and convert them into confirmed bookings.

• Prepare quotes, verify availability, and accurately process reservations in the reservations system.

• Maintain communication with B2B clients before and during their stay, encouraging repeat bookings.

• Keep records of leads, calls, and reservations updated in the CRM while providing regular updates on the pipeline and results.

• Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Experience, and Revenue Management teams to ensure seamless B2B guest experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, B2B sales, reservations, or corporate travel.

• Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

• Confident speaker on the phone, persuasive, and at ease with making outbound calls.

• Highly organized and target-oriented, with a strong ability to follow up.

• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reservation or booking systems.

• Capable of working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for making calls.

• Previous experience in hotel or short-term rental reservations, serviced apartments, or hospitality sales is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the UAE market and corporate travel is a plus.

• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM is a bonus.
