Teleoperador(a) C2C – Publico Entel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to Entel Perú customers interested in acquiring their products and services.

• Provide information regarding new lines and renewals.

• Guide customers throughout the contracting process.

• Achieve the sales targets set by the campaign.

• Participate in theoretical training, practical training, and OJT.

• Work Monday through Sunday with a rotating day off in mixed shifts or PM shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor from the 6th generation or higher, AMD 8 or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.

• Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps via wired connection.

• Must have a camera and USB-connected headset.

• Availability to work Monday through Sunday with a rotating day off.

• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and willingness to work towards sales targets.

• Perfect attendance, punctuality, and participation throughout the entire training period.

• Must pass the training, maintain perfect attendance, and stay with the company for one month to receive a payment of S/ 168.

• No experience required.
