This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients of Claro Perú

• Enhance their mobile plans through promotions and discounts

• Execute mobile portability and upgrades for Claro

• Participate in paid remote training based on attendance

• Provide inbound and outbound telecommunications services

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Professional experience: less than 1 year is valued

• Availability to work 6 or 8 hours

• Availability for full-time or semi-full schedule

• Willingness to work on Sundays and holidays as per designated rest days

• Spanish proficiency
