This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and prospective ENTEL customers.

• Present new lines, portability options, and additional lines.

• Provide information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales in the system.

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must be over 18 years of age.

• No prior experience is necessary.

• A laptop or PC is required.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 processor of 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or above.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or higher is essential.

• A webcam is required.

• Headset or headphones with a microphone and USB connection.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, dynamic.
