This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Collect payments on designated overdue accounts.

• Review documentation related to accounts.

• Communicate with customers/clients via telephone and/or written correspondence.

• Establish repayment plans to reduce potential losses for the organization.

• Complete a four-week training program.

• Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, adhering to the specified Central Time hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service roles.

• Solid understanding of loan collection policies, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

• Ability to identify and address exceptions, as well as organize and interpret information effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.

• Compliance with applicable employment eligibility verification requirements is necessary.
