Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL.

• Provide offers for new lines, portability options, and additional lines.

• Engage in an 11-day training program: 5 days of theoretical training, 1 day of practical training, and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

• Keep the camera on during training sessions.

• Operate in a fully remote work setting from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of secondary education.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to close sales.

• Sales management experience.

• Experience in telemarketing.

• A proactive commercial attitude and a desire to learn.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or desktop computer with an SSD.

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• USB headset.

• Webcam.

• Must use the same equipment employed during the technical review.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
