Teleoperador – C/S Experiencia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both customers and non-customers of ENTEL

• Offer new lines, portability options, and additional lines

• Provide information about plans, promotions, and benefits

• Meet established sales objectives

• Accurately register sales in the system

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service

• Participate in a paid training program lasting 11 days

• Work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break

• Enjoy days off on Sundays and holidays

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• At least 18 years of age

• No prior experience required

• Laptop or PC

• Intel i3/i5/i7 processor from the 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable

• Windows 10 or higher

• Webcam

• Headset or headphones with a microphone and USB connection

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, dynamic
