This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to Entel Perú customers interested in portability promotions.

• Provide information regarding available products and services.

• Guide customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Work from Monday to Sunday with shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., or an afternoon shift from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Adhere to rotating breaks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age.

• PC/laptop with 8 GB RAM, SSD, Windows 10/11, and a wired internet connection of 50 Mbps (mandatory).

• No prior experience required.

• Completion of secondary education.

• Sales closing skills.

• Experience in call center management.

• Soft skills.
