This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who have home services.

• Provide enhanced benefits to improve the home experience and entertainment.

• Manage internet, cable, and telephone services.

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Work in either full-time or semi-full-time mode.

• Operate under RxH for the first three months, and based on performance indicators, transition to the Pyme payroll starting from the fourth month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in CALL CENTER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, or SALES.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

• Openings available for Lima and provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating system must be Windows 10.

• Processor should be a Core i3 of the 5th generation or equivalent or newer.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Must have completed secondary education.
