This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients who have home services.

• Provide enhanced benefits to improve home experience and entertainment.

• Manage internet, cable, and telephone services.

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• A minimum of 3 months experience in CALL CENTER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, or SALES.

• Positions available for Lima and other provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Wired Internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Headset with USB connection.

• Must have camera on during training (mandatory).

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Secondary education required.
