APAC Call Center Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients through phone and various communication methods to enroll them in a trial lesson.

• Share detailed information regarding our products and services.

• Address client inquiries and concerns, providing effective resolutions.

• Ensure clients are successfully enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.

• Assist clients throughout their enrollment process at the school.

• Collaborate with an international digital skills platform catering to children aged 7 to 17.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for full-time work (hours are flexible, but weekend availability is necessary).

• Possession of a Windows or Mac computer/laptop along with a reliable internet connection.

• Proficiency in Polish or a professional level of communication skills with clients.

• Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an additional asset.

• A personal computer with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone is required.

• English proficiency at level B2 or below, or options for C1/C2 are available in the application process.
