Telemedicine Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary care exclusively for adults using a telemedicine-first model.

• Conduct video-audio consultations lasting between 15 to 30 minutes.

• Establish and uphold patient empanelment and continuity of care.

• Diagnose and manage a range of adult and primary care conditions.

• Prescribe medications, including those classified as Schedule II.

• Practice evidence-based medicine.

• Maintain recurring schedules throughout a 7-day operation, including evenings and weekends.

• Collaborate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical team to ensure effective patient care and follow-up.

• Utilize proprietary HIPAA-compliant EHR and other necessary software.

• Adapt to rapid advancements driven by product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification.

• Currently licensed in at least one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, or WA.

• Ability to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.

• Valid DEA Registration in good standing, allowing for the prescription of medications, including Schedule II.

• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience as a primary care provider in a clinical environment is preferred.

• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine.

• Eagerness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult and primary care conditions.

• High level of technical proficiency with software.

• A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac model released after 2020 is required.

• Applicants must be residents of the United States of America.
