This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Deliver telemedicine physician services as scheduled.
β’ Offer clinical consultation in general practice and wound care, along with physician oversight.
β’ Act as a supervising/collaborating physician for selected advanced practice providers.
β’ Review and authorize clinical documentation when necessary.
β’ Provide clinical guidance and support to nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.
β’ Promote clinical quality, continuity of care, and compliance with clinical standards.
β’ Collaborate with clinical leadership on patient care and provider requirements.
β’ Maintain all relevant licenses, credentials, and professional obligations.
β’ MD or DO degree.
β’ Active medical license in good standing.
β’ Fulfill all applicable credentialing standards.
β’ Must reside in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia.
β’ Experience in general practice, primary care, wound care, post-acute care, geriatrics, skilled nursing, home-based medicine, telemedicine, or supervision/collaboration with advanced practice providers is highly valued.
β’ Ability to work effectively with advanced practice providers in a virtual setting.
β’ Maintain all licenses, credentials, and professional requirements relevant to the services provided.
β’ 100% remote telemedicine work.
β’ Flexible schedule with the option to choose working days.
β’ Part-time commitment of one or two days per week.
