Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to evaluate their medical history, symptoms, and overall health status.

• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic health issues through telehealth services.

• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans for patients as necessary.

• Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement integrated care plans.

• Educate patients about healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care strategies.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records within the electronic health record system.

• Comply with all state and federal regulations concerning telehealth services.

• Engage in continuous training and professional development to remain informed on best practices and advancements in telehealth technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or telehealth environment.

• Strong comprehension of telehealth technology and its application within healthcare.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Flexibility to work part-time, including some evenings and weekends as required.
