Telehealth Injury Triage Consultant – Health Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage with injured employees and their supervisors to assist them during workplace injuries.

• Deliver injury triage, first aid guidance, support, and connections to relevant services and resources.

• Offer personalized health management assistance and advice to employees dealing with workplace injuries.

• Provide empathetic and expert support to clients to enhance their personal health and wellbeing objectives.

• Organize support and wellbeing services.

• Conduct initial early intervention triage for both physical and mental health services.

• Manage cases, communicate with stakeholders, send email updates, and develop treatment plans along with necessary documentation.

• Operate within a Triage Team utilizing clinical expertise in a corporate work setting.

• Work remotely or from the office on a Tuesday-to-Saturday roster.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Paramedicine, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or a comparable allied health discipline.

• Experienced Allied Health practitioner or Nursing professional.

• Full professional accreditation and active registration.

• Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the willingness to obtain one.

• Proof of completion of First Aid (Level 2) or Basic Life Support (BLS) training acquired in a hospital environment.

• Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient IT skills and time management capabilities.

• A solid focus on customer service.
