Telehealth Coordinator I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from clients, patients, and providers through email, fax, telephone, or written communication.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, state regulations, and client directives.

• Collect information from providers, injured workers, employers, and various other sources.

• Input data into the system to arrange treatment appointments.

• Review medical documentation, treatment referrals, and work status notes to confirm that referral orders are complete.

• Coordinate and schedule X-ray appointments.

• Conduct data entry and verify information for prompt order submission.

• Deliver inbound and outbound customer service via telephone and email.

• Manage and respond to daily emails and correspondence.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues beyond standard procedures.

• Engage in ongoing internal training and professional development.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in an office setting.

• Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and possesses technical skills.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with a firm commitment to accuracy.

• Bilingual skills are preferred.

• Must reside in Arizona or Virginia.

• Must have a quiet, designated remote work environment that complies with privacy and HIPAA standards.

• Wired broadband internet access with a minimum bandwidth of 80Mbps is required.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday from 1:30 PM ET to 10:00 PM ET.

• Must be available for rotating holidays.
