This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Deliver technical support to U.S. Bank clients utilizing commercial credit card programs via phone, email, and chat.
β’ Assist clients with online commercial card management systems.
β’ Lead clients through system navigation.
β’ Diagnose technical issues and escalate more complex problems.
β’ Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution.
β’ Provide after-hours support as needed.
β’ Complete daily responsibilities and resolve intricate issues.
β’ Maintain comprehensive documentation of all activities.
β’ Contribute positively to team performance.
β’ Cover the 1pmβ9:30pm swing shift along with rotating weekend shifts post-training.
β’ Provide support for Federal Government accounts.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required.
β’ Two to three years of experience as a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative.
β’ At least two years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proficient in computer skills with various software applications, including Microsoft Office.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
β’ Experienced in handling challenging customer calls.
β’ Must successfully pass a post-employment screening conducted by the General Services Administration (GSA), which includes criminal and background checks.
β’ Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct as well as related workplace conduct and safety guidelines.
