This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to operational integrity standards, procedures, and regulations, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and alert relevant personnel as needed.

• Keep current knowledge of emergency equipment, supplies, and information locations.

• Execute sample drying, crushing, and pulverizing tasks in accordance with daily schedules and established protocols.

• Complete assigned duties within specified timelines while fulfilling customer delivery commitments.

• Verify the quality and precision of completed tasks, minimizing errors and adhering to operational standards.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and lowering costs.

• Achieve performance indicators and metrics for each stage of the process.

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper utilization of assigned equipment, tools, and materials.

• Completion of secondary education is required.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• Physical effort is necessary for this role.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
