This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct sales visits to identify, attract, and retain clients.

• Seek out and engage in prescription projects.

• Deliver customer support to installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including drafting work.

• Coordinate with the prescribing draughtsman/designer.

• Prepare, oversee, and negotiate proposals and projects.

• Maintain relationships with developers, builders, and installers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Offer technical after-sales support, customer service, and oversee the commissioning of post-sale installations.

• Provide technical assistance across various channels and coordinate technical after-sales operations.

• Supervise installations as a project manager on construction sites.

• Assist in marketing strategy initiatives.

• Manage collections and track incidents.

• Compile regular management reports detailing customer visits, proposals, and related activities.

• Serve as a liaison between customers and manufacturing operations.

• Maintain the customer database for the designated area and present company products and catalogs.

• Foster customer loyalty.

• Organize technical-commercial training sessions for installers.
