Technology Trainer – Enablement, UK/EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and continually enhance foundational 101 and advanced 201 training curricula focused on Claude, the Anthropic API and developer platform, best practices for prompting, and integration methodologies.

• Produce slide presentations, practical labs, quick-reference materials, certification evaluations, and recorded training sessions.

• Organize content utilizing instructional design principles to enhance retention and promote behavioral changes.

• Update curricula regularly as new Claude models and platform features are released by Anthropic.

• Conduct live virtual and face-to-face training sessions for internal delivery teams, partners, and clients.

• Customize enablement materials for non-technical business professionals, developers, and solution architects.

• Showcase Claude functionalities, APIs, prompting strategies, and integration patterns while addressing technical inquiries.

• Offer office hours and provide ongoing technical assistance.

• Manage and develop NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program.

• Design assessments that evaluate applied competencies across the 101 and 201 tracks.

• Monitor certification progress, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics; report program status to practice leadership.

• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify training gaps and prioritize adoption-oriented training.

• Collect learner feedback and refine content quality, pacing, and format based on insights.

• Travel as necessary for in-person training at client locations, offsites, and events, with an estimated travel requirement of up to 30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a similar customer-facing technical position.

• A robust technical background with APIs and integrations.

• Practical experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms that enables confident teaching and troubleshooting.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering tiered training programs for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Strong skills in instructional design.

• Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or a commitment to acquire it within the first 90 days of employment.

• Clear and well-structured written and verbal communication.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Previous experience in training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with ADDIE or adult-learning methodologies is preferred.

• Experience in building or managing certification or LMS-based programs is preferred.

• A background in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture is preferred.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI Agents or similar workflow automation platforms is preferred.
