Technology Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute system administration functions, which include software installations, updates, and configurations.

• Ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency and performance.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for system and application-related issues.

• Escalate intricate issues to senior team members when necessary.

• Design and deliver user training programs.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.

• Monitor system performance and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

• Implement changes aimed at improving system efficiency and reliability.

• Assist in compliance and auditing processes.

• Develop and implement scripts and automation tools.

• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and fellow team members on service-related matters and projects.

• Uphold security policies and procedures.

• Identify and report potential security vulnerabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.

• Strong technical expertise in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.

• Experience with scripting and automation tools is preferred.

• Understanding of IT security principles and compliance standards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is advantageous.

• Relevant certifications, such as ITIL v4, are considered a plus.
