This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct and manage field operations for significant component exchange and construction projects.
• Oversee crews while organizing and delegating daily activities on site.
• Advocate for and adhere to the safety policies and procedures of both the company and clients.
• Coordinate field personnel to meet deadlines and achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Plan and procure materials and equipment to sustain crew efficiency.
• Address and resolve personnel conflicts and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery, inspection, and verification of material quantities.
• Monitor both physical and digital documentation for thoroughness and appropriate distribution.
• Suggest enhancements for safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
• Comprehend and track specifications, work instructions, addendums, change orders, and modifications to work plans.
• Assess the quality of completed work and conduct audits on productivity, safety, and customer documentation.
• Manage customer complaints in collaboration with the manager.
• Ensure the availability and proper usage of safety equipment.
• Facilitate and conduct technical and safety training sessions.
• Assist with employee performance evaluations and field-related complaints.
• Execute responsibilities across multiple active project assignments.
• Minimum of 3 years of field experience in MCE or construction.
• Experience in leading construction or MCE projects.
• Strong dedication to health and safety, with a commitment to eliminating unsafe behaviors.
• Capability to supervise several crew leaders or points of contact, managing 35 or more employees.
• Extensive knowledge of tools, machinery, methods, and procedures related to renewable services.
• Proficient in forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on project costs and activities.
• Familiarity with service methods, best practices, service delivery, and customer expectations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with workers, managers, senior management, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective public speaking skills for addressing customer or employee groups.
• Competent in calculating figures and organizing project costs and activities into clear reports for daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.
• Skilled in interpreting technical instructions in both mathematical and diagrammatic forms while managing both abstract and concrete variables.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States based on project assignments, meetings, and training schedules.
• Must adhere to safety, training, certification, and compliance standards set by customers.
