Technical/Services Design Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support projects that involve preparing files for translation as well as organizing translated files for client delivery.

• Extract text and recreate layouts along with images.

• Format the translated documents.

• Review files formatted by freelancers for accuracy.

• Prepare files for translation using CAT tools.

• Count words for project cost estimation.

• Assist in maintaining departmental processes.

• Organize asset files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate proficiency in InDesign (preferred).

• Basic familiarity with Illustrator (preferred).

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (preferred).

• Strong computer proficiency (preferred).

• Knowledge of InDesign — this will be a qualifying question during the selection process.
